MultiCell System

The CytoCypher MultiCell system offers fast mechanical Myocyte Data Acquisition from hundreds of myocytes per hour by using our automated cell finding image analysis method. The MultiCell system includes a fast x-y-z position programmable scanning microscope which can mark and find position, size, focus and orientation of the myocytes thus enabling repeated measures of contraction-relaxation function. Additionally, the enclosed microscope maintains stable temperature while allowing full access for introduction of perfusion systems as well as electrical stimulation leads.

CytoSolver

CytoCypher has built a cloud-based analysis program called CytoSolver. CytoSolver contains everything that is needed for the analysis of your data. It provides you with the same important output parameters of IonWizard’s core analysis, the standard for the past 15 years, but with important time saving improvements. It is now possible to upload large data sets and analyse all transients with the click of a button and you can export your analysis to a CVS or Excel file. The analysis tool will automatically reject wrong transients and will save your data so you will have access to your files on every computer or tablet. Don’t forget this is just the beginning, more new features and improvements can be expected in the near future.

Pump system

The MultiCell high throughput system enables testing of many compounds on the myocytes, possibly with repeated measures. To do this, compounds need to be added without disturbing the cells. For this purpose we developed a pump system that can address multiple wells individually. By using precision motorized HPLC pumps it is possible to add and simultaneously remove exact amounts of solution to the wells, creating balanced and precise flow (flow rates 0.1 – 20 ml/min). Pump operation is fully computer operated with an intuitive interface. It can do everything: priming, filling, emptying, laminar flow perfusion, and includes an automated cleaning protocol
